Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your Duane Frey Studios purchase, you may return it within 10 days from the date your order was delivered. Any returned item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping fees are your responsibility unless there was an error by the studio or the item is received damaged. If the product arrives damaged, a new one will be reshipped to you. To make sure that your return is processed promptly, please follow the steps below for the return process:

  • Include a copy of your invoice with the return package.
  • Ship your item back to us in its original packaging.
  • Return the package to us using a trackable shipping method. It is also recommended that you purchase shipping insurance.
  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return has been received, it can take 10-14 days for us to inspect, process, and refund your purchase. After the return has been approved, credit card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process. You will be notified via email once your returned item has reached us.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@duanefrey.com and send your item to: 3321 101st Street Northwest, Burlington, ND 58722.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give as a gift to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the purchaser regarding the return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3321 101st Street Northwest, Burlington, ND 58722. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
